Next Day Replacement
Make sure e-discovery requirements don't catch you off-guard. The Next Day Replacement Service is designed to provide your organization with maximum efficiency in archiving emails, and to ensure there is no lag in data storage in the event your DataCove appliance fails. Tangent offers a 1-year and a 3-year Next-Day Replacement Service.
Terms & Conditions
THE NEXT DAY REPLACEMENT SERVICE
BELONGS ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER, AND IS NOT
TRANSFERABLE.
Through the Next Day Replacement Service,
Tangent ships the Customer replacement hardware by the next
business day after the request. Customer will be billed for
the replacement product pending return of the failed unit.
As soon as Tangent receives the failed unit, the Customer
will be fully credited.
All Next Day Replacement Service requests
must be made in accordance with Tangent's Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) procedures. Customer is issued an RMA
number at the time of the request. The defective product
must be returned to Tangent within 3 business days of
receipt of the replacement unit.
The Next Day Replacement Service begins on
the date of product shipment by Tangent, and continues for
the time period purchased.
The Next Day Replacement Service does not
cover malfunctions or failures resulting from:
● Misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or
problems with electrical power
● Usage not in accordance with product
instructions
● Use of accessories, parts, or components not
supplied by Tangent
● Repairs and/or services performed by anyone
other than a Tangent authorized
service provider
● Acts of nature or improper installation
To receive Next Day Replacement Service,
the unit must be fully paid for. Only products displaying a
valid serial number are covered under Next Day Replacement.
